To make a reservation: 

1. Click on your preferred seat/room and start time in the grid below.
2. Scroll to the bottom of the grid and use the drop-down list to select an end time for your booking.
3. Click ‘Submit Times’ to review the booking details and to view the terms and conditions.
4. Click 'Continue' to enter your username into the booking form.
5. Click 'Submit my booking' to confirm your booking. Please ensure you have received a booking confirmation via email.
6. To cancel your current booking and choose a different seat/room, click the "bin" button to the right of the drop-down list of times.

Group Study Rooms are available between 8am -10pm, Monday-Sunday.

Please note: The maximum occupancy of each group study room is based upon Covid-19 safe working regulations. We therefore ask that you do not exceed the maximum number stated on the booking form.

If you are found to be exceeding the maximum occupancy of a Group Study Room, Library staff reserve the right to to cancel your booking and ask you to vacate the space.
